Delete your RepConnect account
RepConnect is the sales rep portal for Pottorff, All-Lite and C&S Air Products, on the web and in the RepConnect Android app.
How to ask
Email service@pottorff.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "RepConnect account deletion request". Include your name and company. We may contact you to confirm the request before deleting anything.
What is deleted
Your RepConnect login (name, email address and password) and your access to RepConnect. This is the same login used for the other Pottorff, All-Lite and C&S rep tools, so those stop working for you too.
What is kept
Orders, invoices, shipments and sales figures belong to your company's customer account with us, not to your login, so they stay as part of our business records. Server logs are removed on their normal schedule.
We complete requests within 30 days. See also the Pottorff privacy policy.
